parking lot viewmissing apology
The room I received had a partial sea view. This overlooked the parking lot. A tiny corner of the sea was visible. I think it requires an apology.

This resort was awesome! the staff were efficient and so helpful! the location is really convenient for watersports and ferries (like the one to gozo). we enjoyed the variety of food offered. There were many options.
it gets very busy right outside the front. This is beyond the hotel's control though.

rooms were cleaned regularly with fresh towels provided. the rooms are generally very clean throughout the resort. housekeepers maintained the rooms well .

The staff were friendly and accommodating (nothing was too much). kawal stood out with his efficiency and helpfulness. he was a pleasure. bar service provided by resham and mohit was excellent and fun. They greeted everyone with a smile.

Excellent facilities are available throughout the hotel. drinking water was accessible on the third floor. there is a bay room maltese restaurant, newly opened. we found this very convenient. We enjoyed eating there (especially the seafood!).

the hotel's location is perfect for those wanting to relax (away from city life). it is close to bus stops for convenient transport to other areas. gozo and comino trips can be booked, located within the hotel for convenience.

i found the breakfast options plentiful and satisfying. the staff were polite and always available. i liked that i could easily catch a boat to comino island right in front of the hotel. the pools seemed clean and offered a nice space to relax.
i was somewhat disappointed that the gym equipment was quite outdated.

The room provided adequate space, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked effectively. i especially liked the view of the pool from my window. It added a relaxing element to my stay.

The buffet offered a wide variety of food choices at both breakfast and dinner. i enjoyed the themed dinners. They added some welcome variety. the food was AMAZING!!! the osteria restaurant provided superb dishes!!!

fantastic choicequick taxis
i found the breakfast offered a fantastic choice. i particularly appreciated the variety of options available. the boat trip to the blue lagoon starts right across the street. i also used bolt app for taxis, and they arrived quickly.

Wonderful stay with excellent service

The rooms were very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The food was good and the Italian restaurant stood out. The staff were amazing especially Mohammad Arwaz at the bar. I also appreciated Prasad and Yolima in the Italian restaurant and the reception staff.

Breakfast offered much variety and quality for all tastes. The buffet included a large selection of hot and cold dishes. Fresh fruit and pastries were also available each morning.

The reception staff provided quick and friendly service at check-in. The process was efficient and pleasant. Staff promptly addressed my questions and gave helpful information regarding local attractions and hotel amenities.
